Chris has over 13 years of international experience in PV and wind project development. He is a renewable energy investor who has initiated, financed and built over 1GW of solar PV projects in Australia and built hundreds of MW of solar PV and wind projects in Poland. He co-owns an operational 7.5 MW wind farm. Chris started his career at PwC whilst completing a Bachelor of Business at UTS in Australia. He also holds an MBA in Energy Management from WU, Vienna.

Piotr leads M&A activities at Mithra Group. He has over 25 years of international Real Estate experience including running GE Capital Real Estate in Poland. Piotr serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Mithra Energy S.A. Together with Chris, he co-owns an operational 7.5 MW wind farm.

Tomasz leads all operational activities at Mithra Group. He has over 15 years as legal attorney and renewable energy project developer. Tomasz serves as a President of the Supervisory Board of Mithra Energy S.A.

Łukasz leads the business development arm at Mithra Group through sourcing and greenfield development of PV and wind projects. He is a legal attorney with over 15 years of experience.

Investment Manager

Artur coordinates operational and investment activities at Mithra Group. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and financial analyst at Goldman Sachs. Artur holds a bachelor of management from the London School of Economics.

Legal Counsel

Małgorzata is an attorney-at-law with 15 years of experience gained as in-house lawyer working for international trading companies operating in the energy sector and as an independent advisor specializing in international trade law and maritime law. Malgorzata is an exclusive IR Global advisor for energy law in Poland. She is also a lecturer in commercial law for postgraduate students.

Chief Financial Officer

Anna manages finances and accounting activities at Mithra Group. Previously, she has held various top managerial positions incl. one of the largest listed companies on the Polish stock exchange. Anna holds a Master's degree in Economics from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and an Executive MBA from Leon Kozminski University.
